It is a high-performance lubricant for parts exposed to extreme temperature and pressure (from

-180°C to 1100°C).

Containing fine particles of aluminium, copper and graphite powder, the product is recommended for lubricating fixed parts or parts performing slow movement. Prevents the parts from damage, seizing and corrosion, and makes it easy to assemble them. Reduces the wear caused by high pressure.

The lubricant’s recommended field of application: connections requiring uniform distribution of stress, spark plug threads, exhaust pipes, motor screws, brake shoe joint pins, U-shaped brackets, spring screws, articulated joints, gears, chains, chain wheels, rollers.

The PREVENT Professional products were developed for experts and craftsmen. The package size of 500 ml makes possible long-term and economical use. Owing to the special valve/nozzle system and the spray-tube supplied within the lid you can select whether you intend to apply the material rapidly with a high throughput or economically, by focusing on a single point.

Using instructions

Apply the product on a clean, dry surface.
Clean the parts to be treated from the oil, dust (we recommend using PREVENT brake cleaning aerosol for this purpose), let it dry then remove any possible rust stain with a wire brush.
Shake the bottle well, spray the surfaces to be treated and assemble the parts. Wipe the surplus lubricant with a soft cloth.

Attention! Do not apply the product on wheel bolts, wheel nuts!
Do not use it in environment containing strong oxidizing agent (e.g. presence of chlorine, peroxides).
