-
The ideal temperature for use is 15-20°C (59-68°F).
-
Shake the bottle for 1 minute after the start of the movement of the balls.
-
The underbody protection material must be sprayed on a dry and clean surface free from oil, rust and mud. The loosely attached and aged parts of the old coatings must be removed.
-
By holding the bottle vertically, spray the surface to be treated evenly and finely from a distance of about 20 cm (8 inch). In case of the clogging of the valve, flush it by turning the nozzle.
-
After use, operate the bottle upside down for 2-3 seconds.
Shake the bottle multiple times even during use.
Leave 30 minutes of drying period between the application of each layer. Resistance to abrasion and corrosion prevention increases by the thickness of the layer.
The recommended layer thickness of the dried coating at areas subject to increased mechanical load (e.g. at the wheel drum) is 0.4-0.6 mm (0.016-0.024 inch), at other areas it is 0.2-0.3 mm (0.008-0.012 inch). In case of repair, supervise the repaired areas annually. After performing the underbody protection treatment, do not drive the vehicle for 24 hours.
The underbody protection material got to painted surfaces or plastics can be removed by solvent naphta, however, perform a compatibility test in advance.
The coating must not be repainted.
Do not spray on brake parts, shock absorber, axes, engine, exhaust pipe or gear box.
Do not clean the surface coated with the underbody protection material with gasoline, solvent naphta or other organic solvents.
